Longtime football coach from high school to the NFL. Pees was born in Dunkirk but got his college coaching start at the University of Findlay (1979-1982) under Dick Strahm. While in the NFL he coached on two Super Bowl winning teams (Patriots & Ravens). He retired for the 3rd time from the Atlanta Falcons at the end of the 2022 season and his 50th year in coaching.
