Jackson Edward Betts (b. 1904 – d. 1993) was a Republican member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Ohio (1951 – 1973). Born in Findlay.
R. Clint Cole (b. 1870 – d. 1957) was a U.S. Representative from Ohio (1919-1925), brother of Ralph D. Cole. Lived and worked in Findlay.
Tennyson Guyer (b. 1913 – d. 1981) was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives from Ohio (1973-1981). Helped Findlay obtain its “Flag City, USA” designation in 1974. Born in Findlay.
William Mungen (b. 1821 – d. 1887) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from Ohio (1867-1871). Lived and worked in Findlay from childhood. Hancock county auditor, served in the Ohio Senate, and was editor and publisher of the Findlay Democratic Courier
Richard Williams (b. 1836 – d. 1914) was an American lawyer and politician in the state of Oregon. A native of Findlay Ohio, he moved to Oregon in 1851 where he became an attorney. A Republican, he was the United States Congressman representing Oregon’s at large congressional district for one term from 1877 to 1879.
